Lately, I’ve been reflecting on something that shows up in both leadership and life: ANGER. Not the loud, obvious kind. But the quiet version. The impatience in a meeting. The sharp tone at home. The urge to control. The decision to withdraw. It made me pause.
Because these small moments shape how we lead. And how we live.
So I started asking myself:
• What actually triggers me at work and in life?
• What patterns am I bringing into my conversations and relationships?
• How do I respond when I feel it rising?
• And what impact does that have on the people around me?
Not from a place of judgment. Just awareness.
I’m learning that it is not about eliminating anger. It is about understanding it, so I can respond with more intention, clarity, and care. Not perfectly. Just more consciously.
If leadership is about influence, then it starts here.
In the moments no one sees.
I’m curious, how do you navigate moments like this, both as a leader and as a person? Let’s share perspectives 👇
