Not to Win Too Much

By Deepak Daniel1 min read

This reflection was inspired by the Simplexity book and its "Not to Win Too Much" framework.

Before you speak in your next meeting, ask yourself:

• Am I adding value?
• Am I adding noise?
• Am I trying to prove something?

The best leaders don't feel the need to prove they're the smartest person in the room. They create space for better conversations, stronger relationships, and better decisions.

The goal isn't to have the last word. It's to leave a lasting impact.

💬 If this challenge feels familiar, you're not alone. DM me and let's talk about how you can strengthen your leadership, communication, and influence so you can lead with greater confidence, build trust, and create meaningful impact.
